Hard Work Runs In The Family

 A new Cat E Series Mini Excavator and B Series III Multi Terrain Loader are proving a strong double act for landscaping specialists The Plant People, and mean a greater level of productivity both on and off the job site.

The Plant People is an Auckland based contracting operation specialising in all kinds of hard and soft landscaping works including planting, construction, garden maintenance, mowing, earthworks and drainage. For a company that thrives on ‘growth’, the addition of two new Cat machines to the fleet is encouraging and has received only positive feedback from within the ranks.

 One of the units is a new Cat 305.5E CR Mini Excavator, and The Plant People are among the first contractors in New Zealand to take delivery of the new series. The 305.5E CR is currently working at the Stonefields subdivision in Mount Wellington (a project being commissioned by Todd Properties), and it is often alongside its counterpart, a new Cat 247B Series III Multi Terrain Loader.
