Please contact your Cat representative to discuss the available EM Services Agreement options and select the options best suited to your business needs to ensure a smooth transition to the new platform.

VisionLink will only be available for EM Services “INFORM”, “ADVISE” or “PARTNER” subscriptions. Examples include the ability to:

Receive alerts by e-mail.

Access to detailed health, fuel and utilisation information and reports.

Set up your own alerts.

Set up your own reports.

What happens if I have not completed an EM Services Agreement since April 2017?

On 10th December 2017, for all assets not included on an EM Services Agreements since April 2017, your subscription will automatically be set to the complimentary “My.cat.com” service level. This new Cat Platform will provide information such as asset hours & location.
